Image Resizing by Seam Carving

Hats off to my friend Jud for passing this video along to me over enchiladas and margaritas at the Rio last week. It is an image manipulation technique for resizing images by removing less relevant visual data, instead of by cropping or shrinking/expanding. Hard to explain, so watch it. If a picture is worth 1k words, a video must be worth 1k pictures…
