I really hope this screen shot is not a hoax. If it is on the web, it must be true, right?

They meant the viewers to treat what follows the colon as a quote. Bush [says that Katrina is] the worst disaster to hit the U.S. But I'm sure that somebody at Sky News must have been chuckling, because it's true on both levels.
